Pola Sebaran dan Rendemen Hasil Gliserolisis Enzimatis Campuran CPO (Crude Palm Oil) dan PKO (Palm Kernel Oil)

Pemanfaatan minyak dalam industri pangan dan non semakin meningkat dengan banyaknya temuan tentang proses sintesis oleokimia yang dapat diterapkan skala industri. MAG DAG digunakan sebagai bagian dari produk lemak sering dikaitkan pengemulsi lainnya. Sintesis dilakukan secara kimia enzimatis. Proses gliserolisis menggunakan enzim lipase biokatalis memerlukan energi relatif rendah serta menghasilkan kualitas lebih baik. Penelitian ini enzimatis akan diamati pola sebaran menggambarkan tingkat kesempurnaan reaksi. Pola reaksi adalah memiliki spot menyebar teratur (tidak acak/lurus).
 Percobaan faktor tunggal dua ulangan. Data disajikan bentuk tabel histogram, kemudian hasilnya dibahas deskriptif. Faktor perlakuan, yaitu perbandingan campuran CPO PKO terdiri 11 : 0,2; 0,4; 0,6; 0,8; 1,0; 1,2; 1,4; 1,6; 1,8 kontrol. Perbandingan 0,2 berbanding 0,8 merupakan PKO, dimana fraksi kecil dibandingkan 1,0 sama CPO, 1,2 besar tinggi PKO.
 Berdasarkan pengamatan dilakukan, berbagai nisbah, pada lempeng KLT beraturan nilai Rf (Retardation factor) menunjukkan terdekat hingga terjauh MAG, DAG, ALB, TAG berturut-turut 0,01;0,12;0,31;0,57. Rendemen tertinggi dihasilkan oleh hasil kontrol (83,90%) diikuti (74,90%) CPO-PKO nisbah (73,71%). MAG-DAG 1,6 (93,21%) control (91,88%)
